ECOWAS-FEBWE Welcomes DEPOWA President Mrs. Oghogho Musa’s Insightful Visit to Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Center
In a remarkable event, the President of the Defence and Police Officers Wives Association (DEPOWA), Mrs. Oghogho Musa, embarked on a significant visit to the Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Center (NAFRC) in Oshodi on January 24-25, 2024. The visit was graciously welcomed and guided by the top management of ECOWAS-FEBWE, led by President Mrs. Princess Omotola Omole.
The delegation, including DEPOWA President Mrs. Oghogho Musa, arrived at Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos, at 1 pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. Their first stop was the headquarters of NAFRC, where they were warmly received by the Commandant. The visit unfolded with an introduction ceremony at the NAFRC Conference Hall, where Principal Staff Officers of NAFRC and members of the DEPOWA delegation were presented by the Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of NAFRC.
The agenda included a comprehensive briefing on NAFRC’s roles and activities, skillfully presented by the Commanding Officer of the Agriculture Wing. As the busy schedule progressed, Mrs. Oghogho Musa shared her remarks, expressing gratitude for the warm reception and commending the commendable work being done at NAFRC.
The Commandant also delivered insightful remarks, underscoring the importance of collaborative efforts in fostering mutual understanding and support between organizations. The Chief Public Relations Officer concluded the visit by overseeing the signing of the Visitor’s Register, symbolizing the successful completion of this memorable occasion.
